Thankful hat

Ryder made a Thankful hat at school for Thanksgiving it's pretty cute. He is thankful for Mommy and Daddy, Hudson, Miss Emily (teacher) and toys. I thought it was cute that he put he told her Hudson we sure do miss him.

Box house

Last week our water heater went out so we had to buy a new one! SUCKY!!! Milan and Clayt got it put in a few days after it went out and it was a project but beats having to pay someone to install it since the dang thing was so expensive. blah... But Ryder on the other hand was excited because he got to play with the big box. He even slept in it for a few nights lol and yes we still have that dang box is he ever going to get sick of it so I can throw it away?! haha

34 Weeks

Well I made it another 2 weeks just like the DR wanted. I'm 34 weeks wahoo.. Literally this baby could come any time now and it would be okay. I had a checkup yesterday and he's hoping I can make it another 2 weeks. I told Clayt if he isn't born before Christmas we are doing everything possible to make me go into labor before the New Year haha
I'm still feeling pretty good some days are a little more uncomfortable then others but I make it through them :) heartburn has came back but only at nights usually and it SUCKS! That's probably the most uncomfortable thing yet. I haven't contracted much since I went to the hospital Sunday was probably my worst day but they went away after a few hours and so I didn't worry much about them :) I still try to drink as much water as possible and I've cut WAY back on the MD. I have maybe 1 or 2 a week I'm pretty proud of myself ;) lol

Dang Clayt as talked Ryder into liking his name but he still hasn't convinced me lol baby boy will probably be nameless for awhile but that's ok. We are getting more and more excited to meet baby brother. Time as gone by so fast and we can't wait.

Christmas Tree

It's kind of weird having a whole week after Thanksgiving this year. Clayt told me I couldn't put my Christmas stuff up until December 1st but I didn't listen and put it out the beginning of the week. I had to wait for him to get home to get my tree out since it was behind heavy things. He helped pop out the limbs but Ryder and I decorated it :) I love my small simple white tree!

Ryder is so excited for Christmas every time he see a toy he says "Santa Clause bring me those toys mom" lol he's going to be disappointed when Santa doesn't bring him everything he wants lol It's going to be a long month at our house because Santa is talked about daily wondering when he's coming and what he's bringing everyone ha. Can't wait for Christmas morning Ryder will LOVE it!!!

Thanksgiving 2012

This year Thanksgiving was supposed to be with the in laws and we were supposed to be in Texas but since I'm not "allowed" to travel we stayed home. We had it at Crystal's house again with my parents Kara and her family and Crystal and her family and my Aunt Barb. We ate lunch and played games and just hung out. Clayt wouldn't let me go Black Friday shopping so I did all mine the day before on line :)

Utah UTES game

A few weeks ago some friends of ours gave us their tickets the the UTES game. They have season tickets so they were good seats. We aren't really football fans and that section was a little too die hard for us lol but we still had fun. It was a fun first time experience. Ryder ended up falling asleep just before half time so we ended up leaving after half time.

33 weeks

I'm 33 weeks today. I've been feeling really good. A few contractions (maybe braxton hicks) here and there but nothing like what I had when I went to the hospital. We're glad baby boy is still cooking and hope it does for at least a few more weeks. I go in to see my Dr again next week so hopefully it's still good news :) We keep talking about names more and more lately but we still haven't decided one a set one. Baby boy will probably be nameless for awhile :) but Ryder was too :)

We are all getting excited to meet baby boy and can't wait to meet him. We sure do love him already. Ryder talks about him daily.
I get really bad migraines like I did at the beginning of my pregnancy and they kick my butt. I'm in bed all day with them I hope they go away soon. I'm always hungry and when I make a good meal I eat a TON no leftovers lately lol oops ;)

Girls night

Last Thursday I headed out to see the new Twilight movie. I begged Clayt to let me go and he caved in but told me it was the last time :) I went with my sisters Crystal, Kara and Misty and then 3 of Crystals friends. We went to dinner at TGI Fridays and then headed to the movie. Us girls are crazy when we get together we had so much fun at dinner we couldn't stop laughing. It was definitely a much needed night out with the girls before baby boy comes. Thanks babe for letting me go and thanks girls for such a fun night I had a blast.

32 Weeks

I hit 32 weeks yesterday and I had my Dr appointment today. So here is the update from where things will go from here on out since everything that happened Saturday.

For now we are just trying to make it to 34 weeks and I'm still dilated to a 1cm (pretty normal). If we can keep baby boy in for at least 2 more weeks we will be good. If I start having contractions again I have to count them and if I have 6 within an hour I'm supposed to drink lots of water and take a warm bath. If they don't settle down/go away or I feel like something is wrong I am supposed to go into the hospital right away.

If I make it to 34 weeks then I only will go in if the contractions are really bad or if something doesn't feel right :) If I make it to 39 weeks he is inducing me. So sounds like if this baby doesn't come on his own we will be having a New Years baby :)

He didn't say I needed to be on bed rest just to take it easy and watch what I do. Clayt still says I'm to stay home and not leave my house much he's so nervous still. The Dr asked if I was scared I told him a little bit but my husband is more scared then me. He said good you milk it tell him you can't cook more then 3 times a week, you need massages every night lol it was funny.

I really can't believe how fast this pregnancy has gone by. New Years is NOT that far away so crazy. Lets just hope we can keep baby boy in for at least 2 more weeks :) Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers they mean a lot to us.

Eventful Weekend

Our weekend was a little crazy. Friday I had a horrible migraine so I was in bed all day long kind of sucked. Although we even got Ryder to take a nap so it was quite enjoyable :) Saturday San Juan had their state championship game against Manti so we headed to that to watch my nephew play. It was a crazy game. We were down 6-13 and with 0.6 seconds left on the clock we scored a touch down to tie it so it went into overtime. We threw it away and they got an interception. Our boys pushed them back to the 54 yard line and the kicker kicked it and made it so win the game. It was crazy. He had a record in any 2A State game not sure how old he was but it was an awesome kick they deserved to win with that kick :) San Juan went in undefeated in regular season but ended up coming out 2nd in State but not too bad :).
 After the game we went to Chuch-A-Rama with Clayts family and while we were standing in line I started hurting in my stomach and 2 of my sister in laws that were there are nurses and they said I was having contractions. We were in line for awhile and they were about 2-3 minutes apart. We finally were able to sit down and eat and they started to go away a little bit they were 5-8 minutes apart but pretty strong so we got done eating and they really wanted me to go into the hospital. We were in Provo so we just went to the Provo Hospital and Clayts family took Ryder for us. They hooked me up to the monitors and my contractions were about 5 minutes apart they were strong but not unbearable. They gave me some premature test and checked my cervix. I was dilated to a 1cm so not too bad. The test came back negative which is a good thing so they didn't make me stay the night I was able to go home after about 3 hours. Clayton, Davey and Jon gave me a blessing before they headed back to Blanding and it was much needed. With my history of having Ryder early they decided to give me the steroid shot for the baby to help his lungs just in case he does decide to come early. They said since my test was negative I have a 1% chance of delivering him within the next 2 weeks but they just wanted to be safe. I was a little dehydrated but not too bad so they just asked me to drink 2-3 32ozs of water everyday. Pretty sure  I drank almost 100oz yesterday lol lets say I'm even more sick of that bathroom then before haha I'm supposed to just take it easy for the next few days and not supposed to lift anything heavy. I go in to see my Dr. on Wednesday so whatever he tells me then is where we will go from. Hopefully it's good news and baby boy doesn't decide to come any day soon.
I figured my dates wrong last week I delivered Ryder at 31 weeks and 5 days and that was the day yesterday. We decided this little boy just wants to be like his brother. He needs to at least make it until December. Poor Clayt was a nervous wreck Saturday night. Last night we were talking and he's like why did you do that to me. He's really concerned and doesn't want to do all that again. He's the one who's giving me more strict rules then the Dr but how can you blame him?! The only reason he wants him to come early is so he can choose his name haha NO WAY!!
That's how our weekend went. It started out fun but ended with a scary night.

Things to remember

Ryder is such a chatterbox these days and with my memory I won't remember them for very much longer so I wanted to type them up on here so I always have them. So this is for me if you guys don't want to read it :)

Ryder has 4 girl cousins less then a mile away and he loves them. Brynna and Taelynn are his favorites.
Everyday without fail he talks about one of them or both. A few things he always says about them. Everything is exactly how he says it.

"Mom Taelynn girl me love Taelynn"
"Taelynn baby she wears diapers have Minnie on them"
"Taeylynn getting big she needs to stay little"
"Mom Brynna my friend me love her"
 "Tae Tae have blankets like me mom, me share her"
"Brynna my friend and Hud too"

Those are just a few that I can remember right now. If I remember more I will add to this list :)

Ryder gets mad when anyone calls him weird or crazy he always tells you he's awesome. And he will yell it out too so funny.

"Mom me awesome you make me awesome"
"You make dad crazy" lol

"Mom what's your name"
Me "Kyndra"
"No awesome, awesome mom me make you awesome"

He still calls our extra room his garage and his room his house.

"Me have 2 rooms so me share my garage and house"

The other morning he woke up and was talking to me.

"We went Blanding yast night"
"Me went to Barbs house Barb has toys" (my aunt)

He has a book full of all sorts of trucks and looks at it daily and tells us that he wants all these toys from Santa.
He saw a dump truck in it and got really excited. "Mom Disty has this truck at her house" lol he remembers and thinks some funny things.
He has finally figured out how to show the numbers on his hand and he's constantly showing you that he's 3.

He always tells us he wants 5 hotdogs and shows us with his hands 5.

These are just the things I can remember for now :) Love this boy!!


 

31 weeks

I made it to 31 weeks. I'm so relieved I hope baby stays in for at least 5-6 more weeks. I'm still feeling pretty good. Other then the heartburn and crap but what do ya do?!  My hips are starting to hurt more and that makes for sleeping uncomfortable. I got my first prenatal massage a few weeks ago and I'm getting my 2nd tomorrow and I can't wait it's much needed.

Clayt and I decided that if baby comes this month we name him the name he wants next month one we both like and January the one I want. haha we'll see what happens. Ryder's name was firetruck last week and it's still that this week but it's fish now too. lol he's such a strange kid.

I have everything organized and hospital bags packed for if he does decide to come early. I asked for help from my ward for if I happen to go into labor in the middle of the night while Clayt is still working nights, and I got such a big response so many wonderful ladies willing to take me to the hospital and help with Ryder if needed. I'm so thankful for them I hope they know that. Some of them don't know me very well but are still willing to help me. I just hope Clayts night shifts end soon so he can be home at nights with us.
