Baby Shower/Weekend in Blanding

This weekend my cousin Kayla had her baby shower in Blanding so Thursday morning I headed to Blanding for the weekend. Kayla's shower was on Saturday it was a lot of fun. It was fun to see her cute little belly. I'm excited my little guy will have so many babies close to his age. I stayed with Misty all weekend and hung out with her and the boys. On Saturday Trez and I decided to go to the dam and test out the water lol when we first got there Trez decided he wanted to look for lizards so we walked around trying to find some but no luck. Trez finally decided he wanted to swim so he swam for a little bit and decided it was too cold so we decided to go back home. I dropped him off and went to Swenson's to hang out with Heidi and the girls. It was a good time we just talked and then watched a movie and had pie and ice cream. I came home today (Sunday) it's so nice to finally be home I missed my house lol. Thanks for the fun weekend everyone and good luck with the rest of your pregnancy Kayla.

As you all know we went to Chicago this week and it was so much fun. We flew out Sunday afternoon and flew back late Wednesday night. Monday was the first game so we got up that morning and got ready to go. We didn't really know what we were doing we got on the train and took it to the stop everyone and a book we had said to take it to. In the book I had it said that the field was only 1/2 a block away from our stop so we decided we would just walk there instead of take a bus the rest of the way well turned to be a 3-5 mile walk it was not fun at all. I was not a very happy camper lol I didn't have very comfortable shoes on to be walking that far so my feet and whole body just hurt. So finally about an hour or more of walking we ended up at Wrigley Field. Once we got there oh 7 hours before the game started ha we went and ate at a little diner and I had french toast it was sooo yummy and Clayt got a burger as usual. After we were done eating we walked around all the shops to see what good stuff they had for us to buy. After walking around them all we went back to a few and got us some Cubs gear for the game. Oh and it was raining and freezing so we needed more sweaters lol good excuse right!? When we were done shopping we walked down to the lake and hung out there for awhile but it was really cold there so we didn't stay too long. We headed back towards the field got a few more stuff and then went into the game. It was a cold game and the Cubs lost sucha bummer. Since this trip was for Claytons birthday I called and had them put happy birthday to him on the "jumbo" screen well it's not really jumbo at Wrigley I didn't get a picture of it tho because my camera was being stupid dangit I wasn't very happy. After the game we went back to our motel since it was so late and we had another long day a head of us. It was a fun a very long day.
Tuesday we had the train system figured out a little bit better so we hopped on it that morning and headed to downtown Chicago. We didn't really know where to get off at so we just got off on some random street and started walking we did a lot of walking this day too. We went to the Pier and out there for awhile it was a little bit more of a nicer day but still chilly. After walking around downtown for awhile we headed back to the fields for some more baseball. We didn't have tickets for Tues or Wed games so we just bought them from ppl. Mario was coming through Chicago that night so he ended up going with us to the game. Well in the 6th inning the game got rained out the Cubs were ahead so they won that game yay lol. It was another late game so we just went to our motel and went to bed.
Wednesday we got up kinda early and headed to the airport. We checked in our luggage and then took the train back down to Wrigley for the last game. It was a 1:30 and our flight didn't leave until 7:30 so it worked out good. It was a lot more warmer this day of course it had to be our last day there. We did a little more shopping this time mostly for our little one and boy was he expensive lol but the little Cubs stuff was just so dang cute. We went into the game about an hour before it started and just hung out. The game was really good it was the funnest one of the series. Yes the Cubs won again lol they broke their 8 game losing streak on Tuesday finally lol. Well the game got over just in time for us to have to head back to the airport. Once we got there we went through security found our gate and then decided to eat before we got on. Right when it was almost time for us to board they changed gates on us so we had to run clear to the other side of the airport we get there and our plane is late ugh. We finally get boarded and we didn't leave for another 30-40 min because the runways were so backed up. We were and hour behind so we didn't get home until midnight. It was a really fun trip and we can't wait to go back. Clayt says next time we're staying a week and we know the train and bus systems good for next time so we know what we're doing lol.

Another Fun Weekend

This last weekend was another fun filled weekend lol we had mre baseball.. that's always fun right? Well Easton had more baseball games up here this last weekend and we went and watched again. I love that I have older nephews that play so I can watch I love watching it. We only got to go Saturday cause they played in Prie on Friday. Clayton had to wire someones basement in Payson and the games were in Mapleton so it worked out pretty good he missed the second game but oh well. After the games we went and ate dinner with Karen, Davey andt he kids and Marcia and Leila. It was yummy we eat out a lot now that they are up here every weekend lol but it's ok :) So we leave to Chicago this coming Sunday and I am so excited more baseball next week I can't wait it's going to be so fun. Clayton has been sick the last few days so I really hope he gets feeling better so he can enjoy the trip too.

I don't have a computer AGAIN. I'm so annoyed I tried to get on yesterday and it wouldn't work and my service plan ended the day after I got it back last time oh great but they said if anything oges wrong in 30 days after I get it back to bring it in and it should be coverd. So yesterday was like day 22 so I took it in ASAP and it is the 4th time for it to get fixed so they are supposed to be giving me a brand new one yay so they better and I hope I don't have problems with it, but who knows when I'll get it back. They said 10-15 days but last time they told me a week and it ended up being 4 weeks. So our trip to Chicago will not be posted for awhile after we get back atleast the pictures anyway :( lol So that was our fun and eventful weekend and I'm so glad we get baseball every weekend this summer it's fun to watch those little boys but this big game next week will be a fun change for sure.

Alright so I always blog about myself and never about Clayton. Well this one is for him. Clayton is the best husband anyone could ask for yes I know everyone says that about their husbands but oh well mine truly is amazing. First off I'm not the easiest person to get a long with sometimes I'm very moody I go from being really happy to being really mad in like 2 seconds. Clayton puts up with it so good he is always there for me and listens to me if I need to talk to him. We have never gotten in a fight yeah we've only been married almost a year but I think that's pretty good. I get mad sometimes but he never gets mad back at me he just ignores me lol or try's to make things better he has never raised his voice at me :) Poor him I yell all the time I should prob try to stop. Clayton is the most loving person. He doesn't seem like it or show it very much but he really is loving and can be a romantic person in his own way and I love it. He doesn't try to be somebody he's not he's just himself and that's what I love about him. Well not the best post but he really is a good guy and I love him to death. I can't wait until we can go through the Temple in a few months and be a family forever. Thanks babe for all you do for me I love you so much.

Crazy Weekend!

Wow this weekend was a crazy but fun one. Thursday night we had a house full. Davey, Kortney,Devan, Kavika, Javen and Jackson all stayed at our house it was a lot of fun. They came up for state baseball and Jackson also had some baseball games. Friday I went to the boys games with Misty and her fam and Davey and all the kids. The boys won both of thier games that day it was so fun to watch even tho we were freezing our butts off. After the boys games I went home and picked up Clayton and we went down to Spanish Fork and watched the girls play and they ended up losing. Davey and them got a motel room for Friday night but Javen, Kort and Devan wanted to stay at our house again and go to the boys games with us on Saturday. We got up Saturday and went to the boys game that morn it was a dissapoitning game but fun they ended up losing so they took 2nd. After the boys game we drove back down to Spanish Fork and watched the girls play. They ended up losing as well and took 2nd too it was a really good game tho they played awesome and so did the boys. Congrats to the boys and girls this weekend for playing so well and trying their hardest. After the girls game Clayt and I went to dinner with Davey Karen and the kids and Sunny. After dinner we just went and hung out at their motel and then we came home and watched a movie. The weekend was a lot of fun. I'm very tired thats for sure too many late nights for me and my butt is extremely sore from sitting on hard seats for 2 days in a row lol.. Thanks for the fun weekend guys!

This week has been really warm and I love it so the kids and I enjoyed being outside except for one day it was chilly and today the warmest day I forgot my camera. Also the little one Cohen is finally starting to walk he is 14 months and I was so excited because I've been working with him forever lol So here are some pics of this weeks work days. I bet everyone wishes they had a easy job like me :) lol

Game, Flight and Hotel tickets all purchased lets go to Chicago!!

I purchased our plane and hotel tickets to Chicago this morn. I'm so excited just 2 1/2 more weeks it's going to be so much fun. We are leaving May 24 and coming back the 27 so not too long but it will be a good and fun vacation before the little guy comes into our lives. Anyone who wants to join us still can if they want :)

It's a.............................BOY

YAY we're having a baby boy. I am so excited. When I first saw it I got the biggest smile on my face I knew it was a boy. You could tell it was a boy so good. The little guy is so cute I loved seeing him. He has grown a lot since we saw him 4 weeks ago. :) I am about 19 weeks so they moved me back up but they are still keeping my due date at Sept. 29. Well we are so excited and everyone who knew how bad I wanted a boy really knows how excited I am. :)

Not a very good secret keeper?!?!

Alright so I told Clayton about his birthday last night. I know I suck at keeping secrets from him. But he said he knew cause I guess I said something that gave it away awe man I'm horrible. Well the dates have now changed since he knows about it for sure lol we are now flying out the 24th and coming back the 27th I think is what he wants to do. He wants to go to more games so we'll go to the one I already got tickets for on Monday and then try and scalp tickets on Tuesday and maybe Wednesday lol he's a nut. So I guess I'm a horrible secret keeper but I'm still excited to go and I think he is too.
