A little kitchen makeover

When we bought our house I told Clayt I wanted to add a bar in our kitchen. It was so big and open and not very much counter space. We finally got serious about it about a month ago when we found a FREE cabinet off of KSL. We didn't want spend a lot of money on one so that's why we decided to make our own, but the counter top was still going to cost us around $200 and Clayt didn't seem like he wanted to spend that much. I kept my eye out on KSL and on the local Facebook YS page when I finally found one on the YS page with our exact measurements. I was pretty excited Clayt was in AZ at the time so I sent him a picture and he said get it. I got it for 40 bucks!! Freaking steal of a deal. ha When Clayt got back from AZ he worked on it all weekend for me to get it finished.

 After.

It turned out so good and it adds so much to our kitchen. The best part is we did it all for under $200.

Snow

Saturday Eagle Mountain finally got some more snow. This was our first snow storm since Christmas. Ryder was pretty dang excited and played in it until after dark. It snowed most the day on Saturday but it was all gone and melted by Sunday.

Welcome home dad

Clayt went to AZ for 3 weeks to inspect a mine down there. It was the first time he has left for more then a week in about 9 months and we all hated it lol. The boys were so excited when he got home I wanted to share the cute little video.

Random happenings

We've had such nice weather the last month and we have taken advantage of it We love that we are so close to the hills and the kids I watch have them right in their backyard. We've done a lot of palying outside, hiking and just hanging out. A few weeks ago we went to Jump On It for my nephew Jeters birthday. The kids had a blast and it wore them out.
Cute curled boy.

Range loves any type of ball but has been loving playing basketball lately.

The boys wanted a matching mohawks. Range's hair is really long lol

This boy still loves beanies.

Ryder has his Kindergarten check up last week. He did pretty good with the shots but didn't enjoy them lol. I can't believe he's going to Kindergarten this next school year.
