Easter

Easter is always a fun busy time for us it seems like, this year we stayed up here and enjoyed it with friends. We did 3 Easter egg hunts, ate a lot of food and candy and spent a lot of time with friends. Its always fun to get together and do things with all our crazy kids. But to also remember the real reason we should be celebrating Easter, because of our Savior Jesus Christ.

We started our day Saturday morning with the Easter egg hunt that our city puts together at the park. Just a bunch of eggs scattered on the grass lol. Clayton told Ryder a certain place to go and once they blew the whistle he was confused and was running past all the eggs not picking any up lol. The parents aren't allowed in the area so we just kept yelling at him to pick up eggs. Later that afternoon we loaded up the rhino and all the crap we need to go out as a family lol and went out in the hills with our friends and had another egg hunt, bbq and s'more roasting. Since it was also Conference weekend we watched Conference on Sunday and then went to our friends parents house and had another egg hunt ha. I was Easter Egg hunted out by the end of the weekend. The boys had a blast and loved all the candy eggs and money they got.

We hope everyone had a good Easter with friends and family, and were able to take some time to focus on Christs Resurrection. I'm so thankful for our knowledge that we have knowing we can live with our families forever and see our loved ones again who have passed.

Sunday Funday

Sunday was a nice day and since we have 8:30 church we have all afternoon to play and have fun. We decided to hop on the rhino and four wheeler and go up in the hills by our house and roast marshmallows. It was a fun time with good s'mores and friends.

 My boys don't get to sleep in my bed very often but when this beast wakes up early you let him lay in bed with you hoping he'll fall back to sleep.

Blanding

A few weekends ago we decided to take a trip to Blanding. It was our nieces and nephews prom and my niece asked me to do her hair and makeup so we took a trip down. Clayton and Ryder went out shed hunting on Friday all day, I went out on the mountain with Stormy to check ditches and watched baseball and softball games. Saturday Clayton thought he was going to get to go shed hunting but Ryder decided he wanted papa to go with them. Clayt decided since papa was going then mom and grandma should go and then I invited Stormy to go too. So it was just a big family outing haha. No sheds found but we did shoot some prairie dogs I actually shot my first animal aka prairie dog lol at 105 yds away. I was pretty proud of myself and so was Clayt. Saturday night I ended the night getting my niece ready for prom and then going to prom to watch the dance.
