Chicago here we come!!!

Yes it's a done deal I'm taking Clayton to Chicago for his birthday. I'm so excited. We are leaving May 23 and coming back on his birthday the 26th. It's a short vaca. but it will be fun. We are going to the Cubs game on the 25th. I haven't got the plane tickets yet tho but they will be purchased by next Wed. I thought there will always be plane tickets but not always game tickets I searched for the ones I got and I hope they are satisfying to him. I haven't told him yet but I might just tell him soon cause I need his opinion on some stuff lol planning a big trip by yourself that you've never done before and trying to keep it a secret is pretty dang hard, especially when your husband asks where is all your money and why are you keeping secrets with my mom haha well I've kept it a secret for 3 weeks or more think I can make it another 3 1/2? I don't think I can but we'll see I really need his help ha. Well I'm super excited we're going it will be our honeymoon we didn't really get and a vacation before the baby comes. :) So people who read this and talk to him don't say anything to him until I say I have told him lol ;)

Interview

Well our interview with the Stake Pres was good. We didn't really get to talk to him about anything though. He is getting released this Sunday but he still wanted to talk to us and meet us. He just got called into the Quorum of the 70 (is that what it's called?) pretty cool huh? We will meet with our new Stake Pres. within the next week or two. I'm excited to meet him and get this process started. It's so exciting and I'm so excited lol as you can tell. Keep reading for more updates on this and the baby if your interested anyway :)

Baby and Temple Update

Just to let everyone know we go in on Friday to find out what the baby is. If it is positioned right anyway. Clayt says that if we can't tell we don't get to go back and we have to wait until it is born so I'm praying we will be able to tell lol. I'm kind of starting to get a belly a lot of people don't think I am but I can tell and a few others can tell and Clayt lets me know everyday that I'm starting to get a gut and a big butt lol :)
On Tuesday we go in to meet with our stake pres. about going to the Temple. I'm so excited to finally get to meet with him and see what he thinks. I really hope we will be ready by August sometime so we can go through before the baby is born but if not I'm just glad we will get to go through soon. I'm excited that Clayton will be the one to be able to bless our baby it means so much to both of us I think that is one thing that really got him wanting to go more. So hopefully everything goes well tomorrow night and we will find out more info.

Easter 2009

Fun Weekend

Ok so I still have no computer ugh I'm going crazy good thing I have one at work I can use. So this last weekend I hung out with Clayton's mom and sister and niece. It was so much fun. We went shopping all day Friday and then went to dinner that night. Well Jodene and I decided we wanted to dye our hair so we had a haird dying party lol I ended up staying the night a Leila's with them because we didn't get done until 2am it was crazy. Well my hair didn't quite turn out we died it one color and my roots turned bright red/orange so funny and then we put the streaks in it and they the roots turned bright yellow but everything else looked good lets just say it wasn't the cutest but oh well right? ha I just left it cause I didn't want to do it again right then so I kinda just did it where you couldn't really see it. On Saturday we went to Lacey's baby shower she got a lot of cute stuff for her baby girl. After the shower we went and did some more shopping and then they had to go get ready for the play Wicked so I just went home and took a nap before I had to go to work that night. Sunday was the first time Clayton had seen my hair and he just kept making fun of me. I went and palyed softball yesterday too so when I was done I went and bought some more hair dye and when I got home Clayt dyed it for me and it looks a lot better and he kept saying that too. lol So that was my fun adventerous weekend. And I promise I will start posting pictures as soon as I get my dang computer back :) but for now you just have to deal with lots of words ;)

No Computer

So I'm going on 2 weeks without a computer I am doing this at work right now. I won't get it back for another week most likely ugh so frustrating don't get me started on the whole issue with what is going on. Well we did go to Blanding for Easter and spent it with both of our families it was fun and cold. I will post pictures of it when I get my computer back. Well we are doing great and still hoping to get ready to build our house within the next few months. We hopefully find out what our baby is in 2 weeks from Friday and can't wait. I'm way excited to finally get to start baby shopping lol :) and thanks to Lisa we won't be having to buy a crib that is such a relief. Thank you so much Lisa. So thats about it for now I will post pics as soon as I get my computer back.

Update

I went to the Dr's on Thursday and I got an ultra sound to see exactly how far a long I really am and the baby measured and 14 and a half weeks instead of the 15 and a half they thought I was. So the due date for now anyways is September 29 instead of the 21st. It was so exciting to see the baby it was moving everywhere like crazy it would not old still for the Dr to get a measurement it was so cute :) lol Well we are doing great and getting excited for the baby even though it is still a ways a way and we are also maybe hoping anyways to build a home starting in a few months but it's not a for sure thing yet but we really hope so :)

Two Little Boys

After a hardy rainstorm filled all the potholes in the streets and alleys, a young mother watched her two little boys playing in the puddles through her kitchen window. The older of the two, a five year old lad, grabbed his sibling by the back of his head and shoved his face into the water hole.

As the boy recovered and stood laughing and dripping, the mother ran to the yard in a panic. "Why on earth did you do that to your little brother?!" she asked as she shook the older boy in anger.
"We were just playing 'church' mommy," he said.
