As of late...

So a lot of things have been going on at our house. I started a new job the beginning of this month. I am a tax preparer for Liberty Tax Service. It is in Saratoga Springs so it's just 5 min down the road :) So far it's been going pretty good I haven't had to file any returns yet but it will be good once I get to.

Ryder went to a babysitter for the first time non family. He loved it he only went for 2 days why I was training :) Thanks Tanshyle. And then back to Crystals for the rest the week and dad came home early some days too. Aunt Crystal watched him why I work until Clayt gets home he loves going over there. Him and Brynna are best friends they play so good together and love each other so much it's so cute.

We went to Richfield a few weekends ago and watched San Juan play in basketball. Javen played too so it gave us an excuse to go over. It was good to get away for a night and just go a few hours. We haven't been to Blanding since Thanksgiving and it's been nice we have really enjoyed being home and not traveling every weekend.

Ryder is now 18 months yay he gets to go to Nursery this Sunday. Crystal took him to church with her last week and she took him to nursery and she said he loved it so I'm really excited for him to go I think he will enjoy it and it will be so nice for Clayt and I to go to class with no Ryder :)

Clayt is still staying busy with work. He is actually working normal hours and is home by 5-5:30 it's so nice we love having him home early and spending time with him and on the weekends too :) He has got to spend a lot of time with just him and Ryder lately since I've been working and he loves it he's such an awesome dad. When I get home from work Ryder is in his jammies and everything is ready for him to go to bed minus the tornado that hit my house ;) lol he's always like that boy is wild lol I know babe I'm home with him all day haha he cracks me up I love my boys they are the best thing that has happened to me. I love you Clayt and Ryder!!

I had to throw in this pic of my beautiful niece Miakaila. They made this dress out of newspaper for mutual and she had to model it she got it on and off as a whole pretty impressive I think. Love you Mikaila thank you for the picture!

18 Months

I can't believe my baby is already 18 months so crazy I know I always say that but I don't care he is growing way to fast. Ryder turned 18 months yesterday he is getting so big and so much more fun. He does have an attitude that I don't know what to do with. He doesn't really talk so he just whines (sp) for everything and it gets so annoying lol Ryder can say a few words but not many, a few of his favorites are Shoes, Mom, Dad, Ball, Kiss, This, Socks. He can point to his Eyes, Nose and mouth. He runs to his high chair when you tell him it's time to eat. He is still pretty picky he really only eats Chicken Nuggets, Corn dogs, Fruit cereal bars and crackers, he LOVES snacks though. He has such a funny personality he cracks Clayt and I up there is seriously never a dull moment with this boy we love him so much he's amazing. He might not talk but he is a really smart boy and knows everything you tell him of course except for the word "NO" :/ he knows what it means just doesn't listen very well he will test you it's so funny he know he's not supposed to, and then looks at you grabs whatever it is or touches and then runs and laughs so funny we can't help but laugh too. Ryder your such an amazing sweet little boy. I love how you like to give kisses and hugs so much you give the best ones too. Your growing and learning so much every day and I'm so thankful that I have you in my life. I can't believe 18 months ago I was sitting in a hospital wondering if my little boy was going to make it and of course your a strong boy and pulled through your such a fighter Ryder mom and dad love you so much and can't wait to spend many more years with you watching you learn and grow!

Losing the addiction!!

We took the bottle away from Ryder 2 Sundays ago :) I decided I would try it and see how he did and then I just kept going. It has now been 1 week and 2 days and Ryder has not had a bottle. He fights nap and bedtime now but he only cries for 5-10 min and crashes out. He sometimes still wakes up in the night but I just ignore him and he falls back to sleep shortly after. The last 3 nights or so he has slept all the way through the night though yay finally. We love not having a bottle or mom loves not having a bottle anymore lol it's so nice not having to worry about having one everywhere we go. The downside is he wont drink milk anymore he won't take it from a sippy so bummer on that part. But he loves yogurt so gets some dairy from that.

17 months

Ryder turned 17 months a few days after Christmas! One more month until he gets to to go Nursery YAY especially since church is at 1 this year :/

Ryder is growing so fast and doing new things everyday. He still doesn't talk but he is so smart. He love to help clean up his toys. He has a drawer in the kitchen that he plays in and when he gets everything out I tell him to put them in his drawer he'll pick everything up and put them in there so cute. He is also getting good at sharing if someone he has something he wants he will find something else for them so he can trade them I love it he's so good at it. He like to throw things away, still likes to give bonks. His new favorite thing is giving knuckles he gets so excited after and giggles and moves his feet really fast it's so cute. He loves his cell phones he has so many. He got a hold of dads the other day and made his first 911 call oops..

Ryder is still terrified of the vacuum, he can now climb up on our couches by himself so he will run to the couch and sit there and yell at my the whole time I'm vacuuming. He loves to be outside and playing. The winter is kicking our butts. He is wearing 18-24 month clothes awesome I love how my preemie is so big :) He still LOVES his blanket and bottle :( the bottle is going to be hard to brake.

Ryder loves his mommy and daddy so much. He gets so excited when his daddy comes home from work I love it. We love you Ryder your an amazing little boy and have such a fun personality!

Dougs Visit/New Years

My cousin Doug and his wife Camilla and little boy Dennis came to visit us for New Years. They got here Tues. night and left Sunday. We hadn't seen Doug for 6 years and this was our first time meeting his wife and little boy. We are so glad they came to Utah to see all of us. My parents and Misty came up to celebrate with us too. It was a fun 5 days wished they could of stayed longer. I was pretty sure after Wed night they wouldn't want to come back lol we went to Cabelas that evening and by the time we left it was a white out blizzard Doug slid into Crystal when we we going down a hill and damaged her bumper lol not fun we couldn't see anything in front of us not even the traffic lights witch you usually can at least see those SR/73 was a nightmare going out to my house. So it took us an hour and a half to get to Eagle Mountain from Cabelas when it normally take 15 minutes maybe. It was a fun night let me tell ya lol.. Thursday we went to Kara's and went sledding in the freezing cold and went to dinner at Golden Corral (sp) Friday was New Years Eve and I had reserved the Clubhouse at my complex for us. We ate turkey dinner played Just Dance, Minute to Win it, Danish present game (Camilla is from Denmark :), and a few select people played Fear Factor that Misty and Clayt put together really fast. After the New Year everyone but us went to Crystals and did fire works. We had a fun New YEars Eve night. Saturday Clayt, Doug, Tad Ryder and I went rabbit hunting but didn't see any rabbits so just ended up shooting it was fun but freezing. We had a little birthday party for Ethan, Brynna and Dennis since all their birthdays are next week and had dinner it was a lot of fun. Sunday we said our goodbyes and were so sad to see them leave. Thanks for coming out and seeing us guys and it was so good to finally meet you Camilla and Dennis. Hope you guys enjoyed your trip to Utah!
