Monster Trucks

Over this last weekend we decided to take Ryder to the Monster Truck show.. He LOVED it. Our friends Cole and Jackie went with us with their little boy Hudson. Ryder and Hud were in heaven the loud noise didn't even phase them they loved those "big" trucks. On the way home Ryder just kept saying "Monster truck smash car", "monster truck jump car". It was so cute. We may be doing that again :)

There were 4 trucks and all of them broke down ha.. One blew it's engine, one, blew it's transmission, another broke something off can't remember and not sure what happened to the last one. So at the end there were only 2 trucks left because they fixed one there and the other broke on the last race. The Ford ended up winning.. It was my favorite truck anyways haha it was a "good looking" monster truck. Clayt made fun of me cause I like it so much ha I'm a truck girl :)

Happenings

We've had exciting things happen in the last few months since I last updated and Ryder has learned new things and is getting bigger everyday. He learns new words and improves his speech daily. He's too smart sometimes and it frustrates me at time and makes me sad lol
This boy is so OCD it's not even funny it drives me crazy and Clayton just laughs at me. Nothing can be out of place and he can't finish all his food he has to leave a little bit of his pop tarts and he has to have them in half, he has to have his chicken nuggets and pizza cut in half too.. WEIRDO!!

We've been working on potty training. Our progress not so good. Poop in the toilet 2 times, poop on Crystal's floor once :/, pee in the toilet 0 times pee on the floor once. I'm not pushing it a ton right now I just kind of wanted to introduce him and see what would happen. He like to sit on the toilet but we'll sit there FOREVER and he won't do anything so it's still in the makings of this boy being out of diapers :)

We've had a few trips to Blanding and he loves these chairs at Grandma Munson's house.

Christmas

Christmas this year was crazy. We went down to Blanding this year and I went down the week before so we could get our visits in and everything else because 3 days in Blanding is NOT enough time for us. Anyways Ryder and I hung out and had a lot of fun until dad got there. We had Grandmas Clea's party the Sunday before Christmas, we hung out at Misty's A LOT and just had fun. Clayt came down the following Thursday 3 days before Christmas. He went out shooting with is nephews and we pretty much just hung out. Friday night we had a dinner/party at Karens played games and had lots of laughs. Saturday night we had another dinner/party at Denise's house and opened our "name" gifts. Christmas day was CRAZY we had to wake up early and wake Ryder up so we could go to church. Ryder wasn't very fun he was too tired and just didn't care he opened a few and then he go to his trucks and didn't care to open the rest. We went to church and listened to Kortney sing and then we left we went to my moms for the traditional breakfast and then opened gifts from her. Right after there we went to Grandma Cleas for soup and open gifts from her. After we were done there we had a couple hour break Clayton and Ryder slept and I went and hung out at Misty's. Then we had another party at Marcias and opened our gifts from her. It was a fun crazy busy time. I didn't get the pictures I like to get on Christmas morning it was just a rush I'll admit I HATE not having Christmas at my own house Christmas in Blanding is fun but it's too busy and we don't get to enjoy ourselves. But overall we had a fun Christmas and we got spoiled as always :) Thanks for a great Christmas everyone :)

Jodene got Ryder this Cars beanbag chair and lets just say my 2 year old was a very ungrateful boy he cried and cried because he wanted trucks and didn't want anything to do with this chair.. We think he was sad because we kept telling him Santa Clause was bringing him trucks and he was getting trucks for Christmas and plus all the other boys got trucks this night too.. But he does like this chair now. Thanks Jodene
