Blanding

Clayt left for another 4  weeks the middle of January so the boys and I packed up and headed to Blanding again. I was going to stay home this time but other things were happening so I decided to come stay with family. We have kept busy and it's made the 4 weeks go by pretty quick. We head home Thursday and Clayt comes in Friday afternoon.

The first week here we crafted and watched lots of nephews/cousins play basketball. The boys and I also got sick Ryder ran a fever for a few days and was fine. Range and I got it the worst. I was down for about 4 days it was pretty crappy. Thank goodness I was in Blanding and had a lot of help from my mom, Misty and MIL. We spent a lot of time at Misty's playing with all her daycare kids, Playing at Grandma Munsons and lots of time out at Stormy's crafting and playing. We spent our Sunday's playing and eating with the Johnson cousins. Thanks to everyone who entertained us and kept us busy for 4 weeks. It would of been a long 4 weeks if we weren't so busy. 2 more trainings and we're done we can't wait. Clayt will graduate the middle of June.

Ranger turned 13 months on the 18th time is flying by as always... He's such a funny little boy. He keeps us on our toes and keeps us laughing. Range still will pretty much eat anything and everything. He really likes is fruits now more then anything. He thinks he needs to eat 24/7 and anytime anyone else is eating or in the kitchen he will come and whine and beg like a puppy until you give him some kind of food/snack. He pretty much snacks all day long. He loves playing with his big brother chasing him around, playing trucks or just bugging him. He sleeps through the night finally. He goes to bed between 7-8 and wakes up between 7-8 so it's pretty nice. He has 9 teeth. 4 middle bottom, 3 middle top, 2 molars and his 4th middle top is trying to come in. He doesn't talk too much his new favorite is waving bye and saying bye to you with a huge grin. He kind of says mom and dad. More like Ma and Da but we're getting there. He is still in a size 4 diaper and wears mostly 12-18 month clothes some just 18 months. He's short but chubby so a lot of 12 month shirts are too short for his big belly and the pants are too tight but just the right length lol. He still doesn't know how to go down stairs so every time he climbs up ours he gets ticked because he can't get down. We've tried to show him a hundred times, he'll get it sometime.  He's a big mammas boy but will still go to other people. He's not very stranger danger, he's super friendly and is a big flirt. I absolutely love his tooth grin it makes me so happy especially when he adds his cute laugh in with it. :)
We sure do love you Range can't wait to explore the rest of your little life with you. You are extremely adventurous and always want to be on the go. You don't like to sit still long church is always an adventure with you. You won't cuddle much with mom but you love to cuddle with your dad, grandmas and papa. You are obsessed with your binky and blankets and carry your blankets everywhere if I let you have them. I only let you have your binky when you're sleeping or we're in the car. You still ate the carseat and cry everytime we buckle you in. We broke the rules and switched you forward facing hoping that would help, but I think it made it worse because you can see me and want me to hold you. You love for us to get on our hands and knees and chase you. You scream and laugh every time and get so excited. Happy 13 months baby Range. We love you!

Christmas letter 2013

What a fun busy year we had at our house. 2013 flew by I can’t believe it’s already over and we’re getting ready to welcome 2014. We started off the year with a new born baby boy, went to Disneyland with my side of the family, sold our condo and moved to Provo, and Clayton started a new job, went to Lagoon and had a mini family trip with the Johnsons.. We haven’t bought a house yet, Clayton’s sister was kind enough to let us live in their house in Provo since nobody lived there. We have been house hunting for the last 6 months and no luck.

Clayton- After 6 years with Hadco Construction Clayton finally got offered a better job and decided to quit. We went to Denver in October of 2012 for some testing and job interviews. In December we finally got the email that he got the job but didn’t know when he would be starting. Finally in January he got his start date February 18 2013. He gave Hadco his 2 week notice we headed to Disneyland, we came back and he started his new job. He works for MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) being a mine inspector. His office is based out of SLC. So far he is loving it and so are we. Clayton also was able to go to Blanding for a few hunting trips this fall.  He’s loving having all the free time with his new job.

Kyndra- Kyndra has been busy staying  home with our boys. She is so blessed to be able to be a stay at home mom to Ryder and Range. She has been able to watch a few kids through out the year and has enjoyed it. Kyndra spent a lot of time this summer in Blanding and visiting friends while Clayton would leave to West Virginia for training.

Ryder- Ryder celebrated his 4th birthday this year and is getting so big. Ryder loves his baby brother Range and is always wanting to wrestle him down. He loves Scooby Doo, garbage trucks, playing outside and playing with his dad or brother. He’s a busy boy and plays hard all day.

Range- Range celebrated his 1st birthday December 18th. Can’t believe he’s one. Range loves his big brother and his such a good sport when he wants to tackle him and play hard. Range loves trucks and anything he can get his hands on. Range started walking at 11 months and is EVERYWHERE. He’s a busy boy and into everything.

We are so blessed to have the things we have and the great year that we have had. We are so thankful for our savior Jesus Christ and the atonement. We hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and a happy New Year.

Sledding

One of our last snow storms we had Clayt took the day off so we decided to take the boys sledding. There is a fun big hill not too far from our house. Since we went during school hours we were the only ones there so it was nice. Ryder loved it but Range hates being bundled up and pretty much cried the whole time.

 It was nothing but ice under all the fresh snow so we couldn't make it all the way we just kept falling. It was pretty funny watching Ryder and Clayt try to climb.
