A Dr Suess Birthday

We celebrated Range's 1st birthday Friday the 20th in Blanding with lots of cousins, grandmas, grandpas, aunts and uncles. Range was spoiled rotten of course and Christmas 5 days later this boy got more then enough toys mostly trucks lol. We had BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches, cupcakes and ice cream. Thanks for all the fun gifts and for coming to celebrate with Range everyone!

The Big ONE!!

Seriously is my baby 1 years old already? This may have been the fastest year of my life haha We had our battles with this boy when he was little but he's definitely growing up into a fun/happy little boy.

Range the last year has been an emotional/exhausting but fun year. We can't believe you're already ONE years old. Mom dad and Ryder love you so much. You bring a lot of happiness into our home and lives. You are Ryder's best buddy (lets keep it that way ;) You're a very busy boy and get into EVERYTHING. You love to get in Lilly's food, cupboards, garbage cans the toilets anything you're not supposed to get into, and have access to you're on it and you're quick!, you keep mom on her toes!! You started walking right around 11 months and now you never crawl. You try to run when we chase you and it's the cutest thing. You love to have pillow fights with dad and Ryder, you laugh and laugh as they throw pillows at you and you try to throw them back. You climb up stairs and other ledges like a champ but you haven't quite figured out how to go down, so you sit at the top yelling. The other day we were house shopping and we were inside a house with new carpet and there were left over pieces on the ground and you got on one and wouldn't get off because you were afraid to fall I'm sure. We all laughed at you as you looked at us in anger and fear :) You are not saying any words the only thing you will copy us doing is when we spit with our lips and then you'll do it and laugh. I try to get you to say mama or dada but you only say babababa, you'll get it down ;) You are very vocal and love to scream and yell really loud. You are a really good eater but love your fruits and veggies the most, but you'll eat almost anything we give you. You love juice and milk. You still have your bottle and binky and you love them both along with your little blanket. You will walk around with your blanket in your mouth like a puppy dog. ;) You still HATE the car seat and have to be backwards a little bit longer. (It's almost winter mom won't be leaving the house;) You have 6 teeth, 4 on bottom and 2 on top. You're short and chubby and I love it. You are almost 21 lbs and are 28 1/4" tall. Range mom and dad love you so much and we can't wait to see what the future will bring. (Sorry I made you get shots on your special day :)

Polar Express

Saturday we took the boys on the Polar Express up in Heber City. Ryder was so excited and kept talking about it all day.. We didn't go until 7:30 that night and he was ready to go. After family pictures we finally headed up there. WE had to wait awhile before we could get on the train and Ryder's patience was done ha Once we got on the train he was so excited for everything. We sang songs, got hot chocolate and cookies, and once we passed the North Pole we got a visit from Santa and a little gift :) Ryder's eyes got huge when we passed the North Pole and he had a big grin on his face. I only had my phone so the pics aren't the best :/ Santa loved Range and asked if he could just keep him and walked away lol Range didn't cry he just looked at him with big eyes lol. My mother in law went with us so it was fun to have her there too. Ryder knows the movie really well so when things were different he would point them out. When the guy came to punch our tickets he punched a star and Ryder said " they have letter on the Polar Express" oops we were always making things up to tell him. Dang kid is too smart and loves the movie too much ha
